Tenants pay gas and electricity separately from rent. Tenants can use HOA-provided basic internet services which is included, tenants do need to register for the internet and pay all set-up/registration fees and any upgrade charges separately from rent.
Parking: Belmont Condo’s HOA is over the parking. We are assigned 2 parking spots (1 covered and 1 uncovered, these are available to the primary and medium tenants first if they have vehicles). A 3rd parking spot is done by lottery and is not guaranteed. If parking is available, it will be available for the small private room tenant. No discounts if a 3rd parking spot is not available.
